Free Delivery to anywhere in Australia

Receive Free Standard Delivery on all online orders placed in Australia, Free Delivery will be automatically applied at checkout. Available exclusively via online store: www.kimratan.com.au. Note, deliveries may take longer to arrive over promotional periods. KIMRA tan reserves the right to amend any promotional offer at any time.

Australian Delivery

• Standard Delivery (3-5 business days) is FREE for all orders. 
• All orders are sent via Australia Post.
• It is suggested you provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5pm. Otherwise your parcel will be redirected to the nearest post office / depot for collection.
• For delivery to some rural and semi rural areas Australia Post has restricted delivery operations and no capability to deliver with signature.
• Delivery to WA, TAS, NT and regional areas may take up to 7 business days.
• Delivery during peak periods such as Public Holidays, Christmas and promotional periods can experience longer delivery times.

New Zealand Delivery

• All orders are sent via Australia Post contracted services.
• It is suggested that customers provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5pm. Otherwise your parcel will be redirected to the nearest post office / depot for collection.
• All orders are dispatched by the next business day and delivered within 7 business days .

International Delivery (Canada, United States and United Kingdom)

• All orders are sent via Registered International Post which means the item is fully trackable and will need to be signed for.
• All orders are dispatched by the next business day and delivered within 15 business days (please note delivery to South Africa, Central America and South America may take up to 30 business days).
• There may be the occasional customs or courier delay which could affect the delivery timeframe.

The data registered by the kimratan.com.au website in respect of an order will be conclusive proof of the whole of the transactions conducted between Kimra Tan and its customers. In the event of a dispute between Kimra Tan and its customer about an order made on the kimratan.com.au website, the data registered by Kimra Tan will be conclusive proof of the details of the transaction. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order please contact us.

I want to cancel my order

Kimra Tan focusses on shipping all orders within one business day from receiving the order, consequently no changes can be made after you have placed your order. All cancellation requests will be attended to as soon as possible, if the order has not been advanced to our packing facility then we will process your cancellation if achievable. Regarding emails involving order cancellation, the email subject must be titled ‘Order Cancellation’. Please include your full name & order number. Kimra Tan will their very best to cancel your delivery before your order is shipped. Order cancellation emails not titled in this way will not be processed and your order will not be refunded.

I want to return my order and exchange or refund

Subject to the Consumer Guarantees, Kimra Tan will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition; no refund will be made for products that have been opened or are returned damaged. To return a product please contact . We suggest products are returned in bubble wrap. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. If the product purchased is faulty or you feel is not as advertised, please email us at info@kimratan.com.au prior to returning the products. If your order arrives to you damaged, please email info@kimratan.com.au.

Consumer Guarantees

Our products come with the consumer guarantees found in the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, including guarantees that the products will be of acceptable quality. The consumer guarantees are not affected by our returns policy above. In the unlikely event that you receive products from us that do not comply with the consumer guarantees, we will provide you with a refund or exchange based as follows: a) if we consider that the product has a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law (eg. the product is unsafe, does not fit the description or is not fit for purpose), you can return it and receive your choice of a refund or an exchange, and compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage; b) if we consider that the product has a minor failure under the Australian Consumer Law (eg. the product's packaging is cracked but does not affect the safety or use of the product), we will provide you with our choice of a refund or exchange. Where a product is damaged through misuse, accident or abnormal use, the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty may not apply, and Kimra Tan may choose not to provide a refund, exchange or repair (if applicable). Kimra Tan will require proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded or limited and are in addition to any manufacturer’s warranties or extended warranties purchased by, or given to, you.

I want to change my address

Kimra Tan process and ship all orders without delay. Kimra Tan will not accept any change of order after your order has been placed. Change of address requests are unavailable as we ship without delay.

I want to add/remove product or change the shipping method

Once the order has been submitted, we are unable to change the type of shipping. The addition of products to your order will not be available once the order has been submitted.

Postage/Shipping

If your parcel is marked as ‘delivered’ by the postal/delivery service, and you do not physically have your parcel, it is up to the customer to approach the postal/delivery service to rectify the issue. If the postal/delivery service and the customer do not resolve the conflict, Kimra Tan is not liable to refund or resend your order. Kimra Tan will liaise with the delivery service and customer to assist in resolving the issue.

Can I use a P.O BOX in my shipping address?

Kimra Tan uses a variety of shipping methods to ensure timely, accurate and safe delivery of your parcels. Your shipping address must be a street address and must contain a mobile phone number so the courier can call you if delivery confirmation/ assistance is needed. P.O Box are not allowed as delivery option.

English language

All order details need to be placed in English language only. Orders that are not placed in the English language may result in the label not being printed correctly and consequently, will not arrive to your shipping address. The use of diacritic marks will not be printed, Kimra Tan will not be liable for refund or replacement.
