I want to return my order and exchange or refund

Subject to the Consumer Guarantees, Kimra Tan will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition; no refund will be made for products that have been opened or are returned damaged. To return a product please contact info@kimratan.com.au. We suggest products are returned in bubble wrap. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. If the product purchased is faulty or you feel is not as advertised, please email us at info@kimratan.com.au prior to returning the products. If your order arrives to you damaged, please email info@kimratan.com.au.
